Shipping Policy

Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 5-7 business days to let you
know your order is on the way!

Local pickup/delivery is available for certain areas within the Metro Phoenix area in Arizona. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery. You will be contacted with more information when your order is ready.

Orders are generally shipped within 5-7 business days using USPS. Flat rate shipping fee of $8 applies to orders shipping within the United States. Orders outside of the United States will have additional shipping fees.

Return & Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges or returns. However, if an item is defective or you received the wrong item, please email us at takethatupwithgod@gmail.com with your order number and billing address. Please contact Thoughts & Testimonies before returning any items.

Please verify all billing address and delivery information before checking out.

Transport Damage
If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us. If an incorrect address is provided, the customer is responsible for the shipping fee.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Thoughts & Testimonies is not responsible for lost, stolen, or packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Thoughts & Testimonies will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
